Pricing & Insurance

Let's talk about cost. Honestly.

You have questions about pricing and insurance. Everyone does. Most practices make you call to find out. We'd rather answer you right here.

Why we don't take insurance

Insurance covers sickness. It doesn't cover healing.

Here's the truth most patients learn the hard way. Insurance is built for sick care and emergencies. It will pay for a cortisone shot. It will pay for another cortisone shot. And when the shots stop working, it will pay for a joint replacement.

What it won't pay for is anything that helps your body actually heal so you never need that replacement.

That's the gap we work in. Our treatments focus on restoring your body's ability to heal itself, and that kind of care sits outside what Kaiser, Sutter, and most insurance plans are designed to cover.

We didn't opt out of insurance. Insurance opted out of healing.

What this means for you

01

We are a cash pay practice

We do not bill insurance, and we do not participate in any insurance networks.

02

Your insurance still matters

Keep it. It's exactly what you want for emergencies, imaging, and anything acute.

03

No surprise billing

Because we don't work through insurance, you know your cost before treatment begins. No denied claims, no mystery statements three months later.

Pricing, honestly

So what does treatment cost?

The honest answer: it depends on whether we can help you.

We can't quote you a price over the phone, and here's why. We don't know what your treatment costs until we know if you're a candidate for treatment at all.

Think about calling a dentist and asking, "How much are braces?" No one can answer that without looking at your teeth. Joint health works the same way. Your history, your imaging, and your exam determine what your body needs, and that determines the plan and the cost.

And here's something you should know about how we practice. If we can't help you, we'll tell you. We refer patients to surgery when surgery is the right answer.

Baseline pricing

To give you a realistic starting point, most treatment plans start at $200 to $400 per month.

Your exact investment depends on your assessment, and we'll walk you through it clearly before anything begins.

Making It Work

Your health is worth prioritizing. We help make it possible.

We offer financing through Cherry, which lets you break treatment into manageable monthly payments. Many of our patients use it.

Our patients aren't all wealthy. They're teachers, contractors, house cleaners, retirees, and professionals. What they have in common isn't income. It's the decision that being able to move without pain is worth investing in.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We are a cash pay practice. Insurance covers sick care and surgery, not regenerative treatment that helps your body heal.

Regenerative treatments are generally not reimbursed, but some patients use HSA or FSA funds toward care. We're happy to provide documentation for your records.

We can share where pricing starts, but your exact cost depends on your assessment. We won't quote a treatment you may not even need.

Then we'll tell you, and we'll point you toward what will help, including surgery if that's the right call. Your assessment is about honest answers, not a sales pitch.

Yes. We partner with Cherry to offer flexible monthly financing.

Insurance will fund the path to a joint replacement. It won't fund the path away from one. If keeping your own joint and staying active matters to you, this is what that investment looks like.

One assessment tells you two things: whether we can help you, and exactly what it would take. No pressure, no guessing, no surprise bills.

Our clinical philosophy: integrity first

We would rather guide you to the right path than have you invest in the wrong direction.

We value your long-term success over an appointment. If our protocols aren't the right fit for your situation, we will tell you honestly on day one and point you to the specialist who is.

We only accept patients we know we can help. Your assessment day uses precise orthopedic testing and specific X-ray imaging markers to confirm you qualify for our protocols before you invest in a comprehensive care plan.
